Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another issue caused during shipping or fulfillment, Brinley will cover the return shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make every effort to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete and post the refund.
